Use either hot or cold.

• To Chill: Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
• To Heat: Place in the microwave and heat according to packaging. About 20-25 second. Do not overheat.

Care: Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge —do not submerge in water or machine-wash. Air dry before use. Store in a cool, dry place.
